She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Mihlbauer and Mary Mihlbauer (Liva); her husband William "Bill" M. Kowalik Jr.; and her sister Donna McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Miller, Sharon and Michael Kowalik; her grandchildren, Theresa, Lisa and Bobby; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Austin, Kara, Ryan, Ashley and Tylee; and her great great grandchildren, Aubree, Corbin and Aiden. She is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
