We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2020, at the age of 90, Flora Mae Tomaino of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Wingo, Sr. and Marie Wingo Palmer (Huggins); her stepfather Casper Palmer; and her siblings, Nellie Poole, Rachel Creekbaum, Eunice Donahue, Clarence Wingo, Jr., Arvel and John Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Peter G. Tomaino, Jr. (Linda) of Follansbee, WV and Mary Beth Carpenter (Robert) of Follansbee, WV; and her grandchildren, April Wonsick (Nate) of Northfield, OH, Natalie Brislin (Matt) of New Albany, OH, Clint Carpenter (Sarah) of Wheeling, WV, Alexis Santangelo (Ryan) and Robert Carpenter (Paula) of Pickerington, OH. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
