She is survived by: her sons, John Marty Mazezka (Judy) of New Manchester, WV, Mike Mazezka of New Cumberland, WV, Ted Mazezka (Virginia Lamp) of Wintersville, OH, Gary Mazezka (Melody) of St. Albans, WV and Jack Mazezka of Seattle; her grandchildren, Jared, Elizabeth, Zachary, Martin and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Eliza, Trinity and Vontrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
