She is survived by: her son John Chmielorski, Jr. of Follansbee, WV; her grandchildren, John Joseph Chmielorski (Amanda) of Richmond, OH and Kristin Moffat (Keith) of Colliers, WV; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Moffat, Mason Chmielorski and Sierra Sears. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
