He is survived by: his wife Kathy McKinney (Weatherhead); his sons, Shawn McKinney (Beth) of Follansbee, WV and William "Bill" McKinney (Courtney) of Follansbee, WV; his siblings, Jimmy Lloyd (Kathy), Connie Brewer (Bob) and Brenda Richardson; and his grandchildren, Bethany of Follansbee, WV, Billy of Follansbee, WV and Samantha of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
