He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Thomas and Daisy Givens Thomas; his daughter Leann Thomas Dulaney; and his brother Chester Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Myra Price Thomas; his children, Levi Thomas of Follansbee and Terry Thomas (Aaron Schulte) of Follansbee; his grandchildren, Nathen Schulte, Angel Schulte, Haley Dulaney, Paige Dulaney, Caden Dulaney, Emily Schulte, Masen Schulte, Justen Thomas, Olivia Thomas, Noah Thomas and Isabelle Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Dyllan Schulte and Nailah Montgomery.
