He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Smith (James Geier) of Cincinnati, OH and Brian Smith (Colleen) of Rocky River, OH; his grandchildren, Dallas and Brendan Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Kadlic of Socrates, NY, John Kadlic of Wellsburg, WV and Dolores Moore (Richard) of Wheeling, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
