He was predeceased by: his parents, Dante "Dan" Polverini and Anna Polverini (Ciccarelli); and his wife Janet Polverini (Vukelic). He is survived by: his daughter Linda Polverini; and his siblings, Don Joseph Polverini (Kathy) of Follansbee, WV and Diana Marie Allmon (Randy) of Wellsville, OH.
