She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ferguson and Rose Ferguson (Mecca); her daughter Jennifer Kins (Vitello); and her sisters, Patty Roscoe and Cheryl Andress.
She is survived by: her former husband Eugene Blackburn of Follansbee, WV; her children, India Blackburn (Shawn Lazear) of Wellsburg, WV and Denim Blackburn (Kelsey) of Follansbee, WV; and her grandchildren, Cody Kins, Corey Kins, Abbie Kins, Adeline Lazear, Carson Blackburn and Brody Bird. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
