He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray and Gloria Jean Goff, Sr. (Gillis); his brothers, Roger Dale and David Lee "Squirrel" Goff; and his grandson Joseph Carl Goff II.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Goff (Canistraro); his children, Joseph Goff of Wellsburg, WV, Rae Ann Shafer (Mike) of Monaca, PA and Lee Ann Dowell (Ryan Mason) of Wellsburg, WV; his siblings, John, Paul, Jim, Harry, Pat Goff, Glenn Brown, Bob Brown (Penny), Sandy Graham (Pete Smith), Margie Sills (Jerry) and Hazel Brown (Merritt); his granddaughters, Karlee Hilt (Ben), Alexis Alquin, Kamryn Mayhew, Elizabeth Goff, Sophia Alquin and Addison Goff; and his great grandchildren, Leeah, Lucas and Logan. He is also survived by several nieces nephews, and cousins.
