She is survived by: her parent Elma Wilson (Jeans); her daughters, Cara McGowan (Richard) of Wellsburg and Christina Bilby (Glenn) of Follansbee, WV; and her grandchildren, Tarra McClain, Joshua McClain, Ryan Bilby, Alaina Bilby and Sweetie Pie. She is also survived by four sisters, her twin Carol DiPino of South Carolina, Connie (Mel) Volmar of Lisbon, Ruby Johnson of Paris Pa, and Penny Manley of Follansbee, WV and several nieces and nephews.
