He is survived by: his children, Carl "Rick" Smith (Kim) and Kim Rutan (Ray); his grandchildren, Evan, Brittany, Charles and Aaron; and his siblings, James Smith (Evelyn), Allen Smith and Sandra Clark (Cookie). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
