He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Carl and Sarah Helen Temple (Mitchell); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Beatty (Gerald), Shirley Clark (Lonnie), Floyd Edward Temple and Bernard Temple.
He is survived by: his siblings, David L. Temple, Louis Temple (Judy) of Wellsburg, WV and Rebecca Smearman (Ronald Lee) of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews; several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
