She is survived by: her husband Ronald Glaze of Follansbee, WV; her children, Christopher Smith (Sarah) of Colliers, WV, Tammy Smith McKinney of Follansbee, WV, Patrick Smith (Beverly) of Wellsburg, WV and Ronald Joseph Smith (Gerri Ann) of Sapulpu, OK; and her sisters, Evelyn Kathryn Pawlak of Westerville, OH, MaryJo Aday of Houston, TX and Naomi Harrison of Houston, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
