He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Scheetz and Mildred Fuhrmeister Scheetz; his wife Donna Mast Scheetz; his son Scott Scheetz; and his sister Karen Collins.

He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Wiley (Ed Mitchell) and Brian Scheetz (Laurie); his granddaughters, Alexandra Norris (Alexander), Kathryn Scheetz and Lyndzey Wiley; and his brother Richard Knoke.
