He was predeceased by: his father John Emmanuel Wagner IV. He is survived by: his mother Irmi Weikard Montgomery of Hagerstown, MD.; his wife Christy Lea Stump Wagner; his children, Emily Michelle Wagner of Cumberland, MD, Jared Jackson (Dirle) of Raleigh, NC, Terri Brianne Lambert (Chad) of Keyser and Zachary Seth Camden (Rachel) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Damian, Kiara and Cooper; his brothers, Thomas Wagner and Ryan Montgomery; and his mother-in-law Marie Lyndell Stump of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
