She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Hall and Ada Mae Green; her grandson Justin Norris; her brothers, Willis and Roger (Harley Green); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Jenkins and Betty Green.
She is survived by: her husband William P. "Bill" Blake; her daughters, Tina M. Norris (Jeff) of Melbourne, FL, Tara R. Saltis (Brian) of Flemington, Amanda J. Cochran (Josh) of West Union and Rebecca J. Cassell (Macgorine) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Cody Norris, Marissa Saltis, Austin Saltis, Kaitlyn Saltis, Chloe Saltis, Caleb Cochran, Hannah Cochran, Wyatt James Cochran, Braden Cassell and Donatus Cassell; and her siblings, Charles Green (Eleanor) of Simpson, Shelia Jenkins of Canonsburg, PA and Minna Ross (Gary) of Wendel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
