He was predeceased by: his mother Mary K. Sullivan; his grandparents, Ellis and Nellie Sullivan; his wife Sandra L. "Sandy" Sullivan; his stepgrandchildren, Jason Jackson, Misty Sullivan and Bobby Sullivan; and his brother Johnny Sullivan.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Laurie A. Sullivan of Flemington, Edward Walker (Cheryl) of Aliquippa, PA, George Walker of Flemington and Karcy "Pumpkin" Leasure of Flemington; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah and Jacob Walker; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kiera Seese, Timothy Seese II and Klarissa Sullivan.
