He was predeceased by: his parents, Harl Edward Carr and Delores Ann Brown Barker (Joseph Samuel Barker); and his brother John A Barker. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Kay Weaver Raines; his children, Katrina Mihalko (Randy) of Enterprise, Quaid N Carr of Enterprise, Jimmy McGary of Flemington, Ryan McGary of Flemington and Larry Vincent (Ashley Burrows) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Gene, Emma, Carson, Kenneth and Matthew; his brothers, Ricky Alan Carr (Lisa), Kevin W Carr (Joni), James W Barker of Waldorf, MD and Joseph D Barker of Indian Head, MD; his close friend Robert Raines; and his pets, Star and Trixie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
