He is survived by: his father Duane Wells Simmons, Sr.; his wife Allison Marie Davies Simmons; his children, Mackenzie Simmons of Flemington, Kassidy Simmons of Flemington and Merrick Simmons of Flemington; his siblings, Diana Simmons of Bridgeport and Eric White of Hampstead, MD; and his father-in-law Rich Davies of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
