He is survived by: his children, Jim Bolyard, Tammy, Charles "Chuck" Bolyard, Stephanie of Panama City, FL, John "Boug" Bolyard, Teresa, Jeremy Freeze and Danny Wayne Freeze; his son-in-law David L Poling Jr.; his grandchildren, Amy, Brian, Aleece, Timmy, David III, Lara, Kyle, Kelsey and Bryce; and his siblings, Charles Elwood Bolyard of Grafton, Ralph Truman Bolyard of Grafton and Ruby E Reid of Leakesville, MS. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
