Bruce left this world on December 31, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Green and Martha Boggess Heater; his wife Annetta Louise Smallwood Green; his sister Shirley Fox; and his foster brother Robert Kester.
He is survived by: his stepparents, Luvina Billie Green and Sonny Heater; his children, David Bruce Green and Charlotte Virginia Green of Flemington; his siblings, Mary Jo Coffman, Denise Adams (David), Becky Heater (Larry) and Rodney Green (Jeri); and his cousin Donna Kester. He is also survived by nephew that he helped raise, Jimmy Smallwood; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
