He is survived by: his wife Leta Ratliff (Thayer); his children, Rick (Macy) and April Thayer (Bub Allen) of Orlando, WV; his siblings, Ronnie Ratliff, Randy Ratliff of Burnsville, WV, Libby Swanson and Martha (Junior Pritt) of Orlando, WV; and his grandchildren, Dylan Ratliff, Brayden Ratliff, Richard Ratliff, III, Jayden Thayer, Jordan Thayer, Cody Pritt and Ally Pritt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
