He is survived by: his brothers, Arthur Moore of Tempe, AZ and Dana Moore of Stratford, NJ; his son David Moore; his granddaughters, Jasmine and Pandora Moore; his great grandchild Ava Mary Ellen Campbell of Great Falls, MT; his son Dale Moore (Shawna); and his granddaughters, Kitric Moore (Austin Broussard) of Glenville, WV. and Keaton Moore of Glenville, WV..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to ALS and kidney disease research.
