With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Dean (Flatwoods, West Virginia), who passed away on January 28, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Dean and Virginia Ratliff Dean; and his siblings, Nancy Soho, Josephine Heater, Betty Losh, Maxine Losh and Everett William "Toby" Dean, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Craig Dean (Nobie), Colin Dean (April), Chris Dean and Carl Fitzwater (Kati); his grandchildren, Jessica Dean, Brandon Dean, Dalton Dean, Justin Groff, Sherlyn Holley, Ben, Drew and Jenna Fitzwater; and his close friends, Jack Ratliff and Steve Ratliff. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stockert Funeral Home (378 Flatwoods Corner Rd, Flatwoods, WV 26621). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
