He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy David and Sis Ratliff; his grandchildren, Rita Ledbetter, Chrissy Ledbetter, Lisa Sprouse, Barry Conley, Brittany Conley, Logan Conley, Paxton Conley, April Conley Minor, Julian Fleshman, Jaden Fleshman and Camron Fleshman; his great grandchildren, Christopher Ledbetter, Summer Sprouse, Zoe Minor, Brooklyn Minor, Levici Conley, Anderson Conley, Maris Conley, Hudson Lantz and Kenadi Lantz; his children, Barry (Kara) and Dottie Ash (Bill); and his sister Singleton of West Milford. He was also cherished by his Mother, Father, brother, sisters, and his beloved wife.
