She is survived by: her husband Phillip Ratliff; her stepchildren, Beth Ramey (Fred), Leslie Byerley, Carrie Rowe (Terry), Phillip Ratliff (Rachel), Julie Ratliff (Darrell), Brittany Brown (Cory) and Jordan Ratliff (Emily); her grandchildren, Gavin, Emma, Amber, Mason, Brooke and Jack Henry; her siblings, Stephen Carter (Cherie) and Kelly Harless; and her sister-in-law Sharon Gothard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
