She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Cook and Emma U. Hanshaw Cook. She is survived by: her caregivers, Kim Harris, Kim Garrison, Tabitha Deal, Rachel Fowler, Susan Butler and Carol; her husband Dale E. Hartley; her children, Michael Hartley (Lavannia) of New Philly, Ohio and Marsha Hacker (Gary) of Gassaway; her grandchildren, Miranda Grayley (Roy), Allison Woods, Jessica Simons (Thorn), Monica Mathis (Weston), Leanna Blankenship (Bud) and McKayla Hill (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Owen, Addelyne, Vera, Taylor, Logan, Levi, Mason, Jaxon, Jody, Alex, Nova Kaye and Caroline; and her great great grandchildren, Rhett and Presley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
