She was predeceased by: her parents, Oley Clark and Willa Ann Eubank Hutchison; her husband Robert Frederick "Bob" Cogar; her siblings, Arlie Hutchison, Ada Ruth Hutchison, Martha Pearl Cartee, Lucy Hutchison, Dana, Lloyd and Willis Hutchison; and her granddaughter Amber Cogar.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann McClure of Elkview, WV; her children, Janet Angotti (Michael) of Clarksburg and Tim Cogar (Chris) of Flatwoods; her grandchildren, Ben Angotti of Denver, CO, Joe Angotti (Sarah) of Pittsburgh, PA, Tom Angotti of Denver, CO, Molly Angotti (Tony Sestito) of Clarksburg, Amelia Angotti of Clarksburg, Wesley Jarrell of Flatwoods, Ben Jarrell of Flatwoods, Bobby Cogar (Ashkiea) of Cross Lanes and Emily Cogar of Flatwoods; and her great grandchildren, Scarlet Angotti, Josephine Angotti, Gianna Sestito, Gabby Jarrell and Tristen Jarrell.
