He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Perrine (Larry), Loretta Mayse (John) and Pamela Cottrill (Scott); his grandchildren, Kayla Smith (Matt) and Jacobi Hineman (Zach); his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Makenna Helmick and Owen Mayse; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Raegan and Ripley Smith; his siblings, Mildred Wine, Rebecca Boyd, Yvonda Westfall, Shirley Ransom, Dana Shaver and Richard Shaver; and his pet Jackson.
