He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Seymour Weatherholt, Sr. and Mary Pauline Sirbaugh Weatherholt; his granddaughter Hannah Marie Weatherholt; his sister Treva Sirbaugh Helmick; and his half-brother Lester Weatherholt.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Gwen Barr Weatherholt; his children, Beverly Donald (Jerry) of Middletown, MD, Victor Weatherholt (Anita) of Lynchburg, VA, Jeffrey Weatherholt (Laurie) of Moorefield, WV and Dan Weatherholt (Denice) of Fisher, WV; his grandchildren, Blair, Emily, Molly, Brooke, Matthew and Sarah; and his sister Janet Weatherholt of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
