He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Whetzel Parsons; his son Robert Lee Parsons of Moorefield, WV; his stepdaughters, Sherry Brininger (Doug) of Moorefield, WV and Julie Eakle (Michael) of Fisher, WV; his siblings, Miles Parsons (Sharon) of Albertville, AL, Andy Parsons (Geri) of Quinlan, TX, Amos Parsons (Holly) of Chincoteague, VA, Priscilla Parsons of Petersburg, WV and Betty Otto of Anchorage, AK.; his niece Tammy Hall; and his caregiver Daisy Hose. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
