He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lusher and Betty Lusher; his wife Ruth Lusher; and his grandson Wyatt Lusher. He is survived by: his children, James Lusher II (Yolanda), Woodrow Lusher and Lisa Wiley (David); his grandchildren, David Wiley II, Kenneth Wiley (Sarah), Devin Wiley (Sydney), James Lusher II, William Cody Lusher, Morgan Lusher and Jonah Lusher; his great grandchildren, Kensley and Collen Wiley; his close friend Donna Workman; and his sisters, Patricia Hotchsteth and Shem Wentz.
