With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William James Patrick Jr. of Fayetteville, West Virginia, born in Oak Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on December 20, 2023 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Patrick and Betty Day Patrick Sr.; his wife Sandra Patrick; and his brother Jerry Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Michael Patrick (Erica) of Kimberly, WV, Stephanie Patrick Treadway (Larry) of Smithfield, NC, Celena Helmandollar of Fort Mill, SC and Greg Helmandollar (Lisa) of Harrisburg, NC; his grandchildren, Dalton Shelton, Lilliana Patrick, Hallie Treadway (Nathan), Alexia Helmandollar, Isaiah Treadway, Gracelyn Treadway, Preston Helmandollar, Alexandria Patrick, Zachary Helmandollar, Christian Patrick, Noah Patrick and Brynlee Patrick; and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces.
