She was predeceased by: her parent James Waters; her sister Harry Headley; her brother-in-law Margaret Headley; and her brother Jimmy Waters. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Waters; her spouse Ralph; her daughters-in-law, Dennis Marstiller (Faye) of Oak Hill, WV, Fred Marstiller (Meria) of Morgantown, WV and Kenneth Marstiller (Jeanette) of Inwood, WV.; her grandchildren, Andy Marstiller of Fayetteville, WV, Lori Keller (Jeremy) of Scarbro, WV, Heather Bartlett (Donnie) of Homestead, NC, Carrie Mills (Todd) of Morgantown, WV, Benjamin Marstiller (Mary Beth) of Morgantown, WV, Erin Winters (Steve) of Salem, VA and Christiana Lewin (Aaron) of Martinsburg; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Jaylen, Micah Keller, Isabella, Carson Bartlett, Braylie, Avery Mills, Alyssa, Brianna, Mason Winters, David, Juliet, Violet and India Lewin. She is also survived by four nieces, one nephew and several great nieces and nephews.
