He is survived by: his wife Doris June Proctor; his children, Lisa Van Dyke (Chris Van Dyke) of Ronceverte, WV, Chris Proctor (Lori Slayton) of Fayetteville and Sam Proctor (Beth Proctor) of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Jessica McBurney (Gary McBurney), Colton Van Dyke (Autumn Van Dyke), Lukas, Lexi, Lyla, Maci and Sammie Jo Proctor; his great grandchildren, Carter, Easton, Brynlee McBurney, Landon and Reagan Van Dyke; and his siblings, Nathan Proctor of Ashtabula, OH, Joy Barnette of Jefferson, OH and Dreama Aubuchon.
