It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Brown Elder (Fayetteville, West Virginia), born in Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on March 8, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil Brown and Mary Canter Brown Weller; her children, Rusty Rutter (Mechele) of Oak Hill and Brad Rutter (Sonja) of Mountain Home, ID; her stepdaughters, Patrice Romage (Frank) of Oak Hill and Shanna Toler of Oak Hill; her brothers, Steve Brown (Sara) of Ohio and James Cunningham (Joyce) of Ohio; her stepbrother Rick Weller (Sharon) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Paige Rutter of Pittsburgh, Marchelle Bowling (Ben) of Oak Hill, Heather Romage of Lindside, Mikaela Neal (Darren) of Huntington, Tayven Tucker of Oak Hill and Forrest Tucker of Beckley.
