She is survived by: her daughter Penny Slone (Mark); her siblings, Paul Fazenbaker, Gary Fazenbaker, Terry Fazenbaker, Jerry Fazenbaker, Phyllis Groves and Vivian Grinder; her granddaughter Megan Hollingsworth (James); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Lillian and Donovan.

Any memorials or donations are requested to be given to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley WV 25801.
