He is survived by: his children, Sierra Sizemore, Kaylee Miller, Traci Ferrell, Lisa Ferrell, Linda Sizemore, Austin Sizemore, Frankie Sizemore, Jake Johnson, Josh Johnson, Chad Sizemore and Mikey Sizemore; and his siblings, Letha Proctor, Dallas Sizemore, Homer "Bubbie" Sizemore and Poncho Sizemore.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations of sympathy be made to Tyree Funeral Home to help defray from funeral expenses.
