He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Toney and Elsie Toney; and his sister Linda Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Toney; his children, Michelle Romani, Amanda Davis (Josh), Krystal Honaker (Charlie) and David Toney; his son-in-law Dr. Livio Romani; his grandchildren, Lucia, Giulia, Blake, Kaden, Brooklyn, Maxx, Gage and Lexi; and his siblings, Alfred Toney (Mary), Darrell Toney (Bev), Sue Lively and Pat Everett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
