She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arlie Smith and Lura Toney Smith; her husband Roger Goins; her children, Dawn Goins Bragg (Scott), Brian Goins (Belinda) and Jeremiah Goins (Megan); her grandchildren, Chasity Thomas, Zachary Thomas (Randa) and Jacob Thomas (Brooklyn); her great grandchildren, Mason Waddell, Bryson Thomas, Preslei Thomas and Greyson Thomas; and her sister Kay Bigelow. She was also cherished by her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
