He is survived by: his mother JoAnn VanGilder of Fairmont; his wife Elizabeth "Janie" VanGilder of Farmington; his daughters, Kendra Tenley (Rick) of Sardis, OH and Kasey Nething (Tony Gower) of Sardis; his siblings, Donna Prahl of Falling Waters, WV, David VanGilder of Fairmont and Mira Selan (Whitey) of Grant Town, WV; his brother-in-law Bernard "Bo" Wolfe (Stormy Merrifield) of Duffy, OH; and his grandchildren, Tessa Tenley (Justin Martie) of Sardis, Alyssa Nething (Derek West) of Sardis, Cody Tenley (Ellie Lallathin) of Sardis, Colton Tenley (Gabby Kocher) of Sardis and Aralynn Kawasaki of Sardis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends.
