He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Nuzum and Betty Nuzum Jenkins; his wife Barbara Jean Jenkins Nuzum; his stepfather Milford Buck Jenkins; his siblings, David Nuzum and Phyllis Ford (James); his siblings-in-law, Donald, Alvin, Allen Jenkins, Karen Stiles, Kathy Jenkins and Vickie Nester; his sons-in-law, James Hartzell and Donald Price; and his grandson Timothy Hartzell.
He is survived by: his children, Ronda Hartzell, Rivesville, Rita Price of Springfield and Richard Nuzum (Connie) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Jeremy Hartzell, Misty Goff of Morgantown, Travis Price (Nicole Holmes) of Fairview, Kassandra Oddo (John) of Springfield, Ashley Nuzum of Fairmont, William Carroll and Sonny Hursey of Fairmont; his sister Linda Saurborn (Roger) of Colfax; and his brother-in-law William Nester (Bill) of Farmington. He is also survived by 5 great Grandchildren.
