He was predeceased by: his sister Lillie Marie Conaway. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne and Mildred "Millie" Conaway, Sr. of Farmington; his daughter Patience (Brian); his grandchildren, Kamden, Kadeyn, Haze (Ava) and Jakobi (Cylas); and his siblings, Wayne Conaway, Jr. (Mary) of Farmington, Rick Conaway (Sheila) of Farmington and Donna Peters, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private graveside service will be held at the IOOF Cemetery in Farmington with Pastor David Markley officiating.
