She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Maichok and Catherine Maichok; her husband Roman Chuby, Jr.; her daughter Helen Ramona; and her siblings, Charles Maichok (BooBoo), Mary Drabicky, Anna Kolish and Verna Leek.
She is survived by: her children, Roman Michael Chuby (Andrea) and Ramona Ann Grow (Michael); her grandchildren, Monica Renee Howanyk, Hannah Stalnaker (Jason) and Roman Price Chuby; her great grandchildren, Zane Roman, Jack Barrett and Hailey Grace; and her godson Donnie Aloi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
