He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Steptoe and Geneva Cliffton Steptoe. He is survived by: his children, Harry Steptoe, Jr. and Heather Steptoe Brussard (Richard); his grandchildren, Cynthia Fullard, Quincy Fullard of Morgantown, Devin Steptoe, Landon Steptoe and Amber Steptoe of Las Vegas, NV; his child Tracy Barr; his helpers, Ralphie and Beth Sumlin; and his nephew Spencer Powell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Assembly of God (70 Maranatha Dr, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grandview Memorial Gardens (93 Grandview Cemetery Rd, Fairmont, WV 26554).
