He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Garrison and Virginia Davis Garrison; his daughter Donna Jean Garrison; and his siblings, Jerry Faye Garrison (Charlotte) and Linda Carol Jay.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Garrison; his children, Jerry Richard Garrison (Melissa) of Shinnston, Jeffrey Alan Garrison (Erin) of East Run and Paul Lewis Garrison of Farmington; his grandchildren, Zachary, Jeremy, Jessica, Christian, Jenna, Kara, Arianna, Walker and Kade Garrison; his great grandchildren, Cora and Jake Ammons; and his brother-in-law Burton Jay.
