She was predeceased by : her parents, George L. Neville and Dorothy Jeanette Fluharty Neville; her son Jack Lee West; her uncle Romeo; her aunt Naomi Egidi; her brothers-in-law, Gary Moore and William Matthew; and her grandparents, Zelpha Fluharty, Edgar and Mattie Neville.

She is survived by : her sons, Sam West (Daphne) of Laurelville, OH and Allen Bissett (Missi) of Stonewood; her grandson Layton Samuel Bissett of Kingwood; and her siblings, Susan Yvonne Matthew of Barrackville, Georgine Moore of Fairmont and Eddie Neville (Ann) of Metz. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutson Funeral Home (3171 Husky Hwy, Farmington, WV 26571). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Viewpoint Cemetery.
