She is survived by: her siblings, Ruby Monninger and Steven Teach; her half-sister Carol Beckley; her grandchildren, Mark Hoffman, Justin Hoffman, Zackory Hoffman, Joeimarie and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Gabby, Emily, Alexia, Hailey, Hannah, Presley and Blake; and her caregiver Patty Everitt.
