He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Moran; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his children, Lee Banks (Lori) and Sharon Banks; his grandchildren, Bailee Banks, Kaylyn Banks, Jordan Banks and Jessica Zaruba Maxey; his great grandchildren, Gavin Maxey, Shasten Maxey and Brentlee Halliday; and his sisters, Dorothy Farrell and Melba Decatur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
